This morning I had my appointment with the dentist to figure out what’s happening with my jaw. He said it looks like regular wear-and-tear/TMJ and to continue doing what I’m doing (apply heat, use small bites, eat softer foods and get my night guard refitted). Will be following up with him in about a month as he has to consult with some previous scans and my oncologist.
I walked over 11,000+ steps and did 8+km. My neck is aching but still haven’t taken pain pills. I may have to borrow a heating pad off my Aunt, though. I’m staying at their place overnight so I don’t have to travel back and forth for appointments. It’s been nice visiting them. Always enjoy seeing them and their kitties.

I walked to one of my favourite coffee shops around here and got a tea latte. By the time I went to go sit down, there were no more seats available. So I kept walking and found another coffee shop where I ordered a chamomile tea and played Pokémon. 😜 Hey, whatever keeps me motivated and moving, right?

It was sunny one minute and pouring rain the next. Very weird weather.
It was also pretty windy but the air felt so fresh. Listened to my audiobook and had a nice, peaceful and quiet afternoon.
I opened my email today to find great news. I’m now a 2023 Nuun Ambassador! 🎉 I’ve been using their products for over 10 years so I figured I may as well apply so I can get a discount. lol. It’s great for running or any other exercise - plus it tastes really good. Back in the day, I used to also use their electrolyte drinks as a hangover remedy. 😂 Worked well! (FYI: I don’t drink anymore.) They have immunity ones now that I like to use. (Blueberry is good). I highly recommend it if you have a sensitive stomach and need some sort of electrolyte replenishment. (One day I’ll tell my Gatorade story. 🤢) Anyway, thought that was pretty cool news. It’s a great product and I’m happy to to be part of this community. Thanks, Nuun.
Tomorrow is the oncologist, lab work and dentist. Now, I’m off to have a cup of tea and read my book.
