🤯🤯🤯 - “SAVAGE SUNDAY” - There’s a fine mixture between all the things i do in terms of training and a question I often get is which do I prefer ? - The Answer Is ........ Neither - Anything kind of training that makes you progress physically, mentally and in spirit. You can’t hate on cross fit, powerlifting , callisthenics, Strength & conditioning trading for athletes. As someone that has basically tried pretty well everything they are all difficult in their unique ways. - 🙏🏿WHICH IS WHY I REPECT THEM ALL - Yes I could be better if I focused on one part of training , 💥but why limit myself to one kind of training? 💥why not be good at every kind of training? 💥It’s just like food ... how would you know a pizza is good if you only eat hamburgers? 💥How would you know chicken is good if you only eat fish? 💥How would you know suits is good if you only watch the news? - DON’T LIMIT YOURSELF❗️ - This can be applied outside the training as well, we are young let’s explore. Have multiple sides to a story as a pose to one side.
