The Bhujapidasana sequence is dear to be, in fact, it was the very first transition I learned, and it gave me the confidence to know I could do it ❤️ and that awkwardness is cool 😎 . Bhujapidasana Dristi tip of the nose 15 Vinyasas . Sapta 7⃣ : Inhale, Jump and wrap the legs around the arms, lock the feet, In front of you with the right on top of left. . Astau 8⃣ : Exhale, place the head or chin on the floor. Breath five times. . Nava 9⃣ : Inhale, lift the head or chin up of the floor, exhale. . Desa 🔟 : Inhale, In one smooth movement extend your legs, press the palms of your hand on the floor, lift up your cute but, strong core, gaze between your hands, and take your legs, simultaneously, into Bakasana. Knees in the armpit and heels together. It might be a challenging movement at first but, with patience and consistency, you will get there. Don’t stress about it. . Ekadasa 1️⃣1️⃣ Exhale, jump back to chaturanga Dandasana . Dvadasa 1️⃣2️⃣: Inhale, Upward Facing dog . Trayodasa 1️⃣3️⃣: Exhale, Downward facing dog . Benefits : Strengthens the arms and wrists Tones the belly and organs Improves balance . Emotional Beneftis: .
