As a weight loss surgery patient, I have to consume a lot of vitamins! 💊💊 I was never a vitamin taker before surgery, and so it's been hard to adjust at times. Granted it's a small price to pay for a second lease on life. Lately, I've been trying to find ways to make sure that I take my vitamins because I CONSTANTLY forget! Or I am really good about taking a few of them for breakfast, but then forget for the rest of the day. Do you have any special tips on how to remember taking your vitamins?
