Day 4 #MarchMATness #onelegcircle - great exercise to loosen up the hip joint. I usually feel a gripping sensation in my hip flexors so it always feels better for me to bend my knee. I also like to gently rest my fingers on my hips to provide a bit of feedback to make sure I'm maintaining stability in my limbo-pelvic region.
