Just thinking of ways to help us grow and cultivate hope. Feel free to add your own pointers! Let go of limiting beliefs: it doesn’t happen over night though. It can take months of practice until it becomes a habit. Self compassion for yourself. Be kind to yourself if you stumble and trip. EVERYone has failures. Fear of shame: don’t make having self esteem the goal. Make it something that grows as you grow. I remember when I was on various sports team in middle school and giving it all during tryouts but then being paralyzed by fear when playing during games. The fear of shame of letting my team down would stop me from playing. Know you’re worthy. There are so many things that make us feel small and remind us that we aren’t worthy. But a Seek the unknown. Don’t hide behind the shield of ignorance. Generations of ignorance has brought us here. Be fearful but also be hopeful that what you learn will help you make this world better. I am enough. I don’t need something to BE enough. I am enough. Be aware of the needs of others. Stepping outside the needs of yourself will help you develop compassion and kindness. I don’t think I was necessarily born with more empathy (maybe a little bit lol) but I’ve been keenly tuning into the world outside of me. My superpower is empathy and compassion. What’s yours? Please add your other tips to help cultivate a better version of yourself :) #avocadotoast #toasts4all #toasts #breakfastideas #avocados #breakfast #toasttuesday #fancytoast #nutcheese #veganbreakfast #veganlunch #veganmeal #veganeats #veganfood #veganrecipe #plantbased #plantbaseddiet #wfpb #vegansofig #veganlife #veganfoodie #vegancommunity #veganlove #hummuslover #bestofvegan #kaylaitsines #feedfeedvegan #f52community#TOHfoodie#canon (at Los Angeles, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/CTPw0E5Ijvt/?utm_medium=tumblr

You can use this creamy vegan cashew cheese instead of cheese to make a tasty spread, dip, or sauce.
Ingredients: 2 cups raw cashews, soaked for 4-6 hours or overnight. 1/2 cup nutritional yeast. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Drain and rinse the soaked cashews. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Transfer the mixture to a cheesecloth-lined strainer set over a bowl. Cover and let it sit at room temperature for 24-48 hours, or until it reaches your desired thickness. Remove from the cheesecloth, shape into a cheese wheel if desired, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

This cashew-based Boursin cheese is a vegan and Paleo-friendly alternative to the real thing. It's creamy, tasty, and great for spreading on crackers or vegetables.
Ingredients: 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight. 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon sea salt.
Instructions: The cashews should be drained and rinsed. Put cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic that has been minced, lemon juice, and sea salt in a food processor. To make it smooth and creamy, scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Put the mixture in a bowl and put it in the fridge for at least two hours to let the flavors mix. Use cold as a dip or spread.

Happy Sunday morning everyone! I am enjoying this cool weather but I been sneezing and have sniffles so please forgive me sniffing in the video, it's me not the dogs, LOL. BREAKFAST is my favorite savory oat breakfast patties and fried red potato. I had some of the almond cheese dip with chili sauce so I tried dipping the potato in it and BAM WOW yes it's now another favorite dip! I didn't care much for it with chips the other night but it really shines as a fried pitato dip! #plantbased #homecooking #nutcheese #chilisauce #savoryoatpatties https://www.instagram.com/p/CGfSAx_hBXM/?igshid=1gxhomqjrce35
