wait can we get a deep dive/ ranking of your favourite cheeses tho @tartquez
Okay Quiche (hi β¨οΈβ€οΈ) I'm forcing myself to write this without opening up google or we're in for a 2k answer, SO, quickly :
10. Raclette. Any type, smoked ideally, and YES technically it's not the same cause you melt it but it's my happiest moment of the year when I eat some so it gets a mention
9. Special kudos to my girls mozzarella and scarmozza! Love ya
8. Munster, if it's aged a bit it's reeaaaaaallly nice !
7. Abondance. This shit tastes sooooooooo nice!!!!
6. Morbier. God I love morbier..... so good... its cunty little blue line... wow.
5. Tomme noire de pyrennΓ©es (okay or tomme blanche because it's sweeter). Yes it's bland for some, but again, texture goes insaaaaane
4. Saint-nectaire. (Laitier or fermier, but currently i like laitier more) it's soft. Great texture and density. Taste great with bread and butter
3. Beaufort. It's a harder paste and usually not my faves but it tastes so well and is amazing paired with charcuterie
2. Vieux panΓ©. It's soft taste wise but the texture hits like craaaaaaaazy and i can eat like 500g in one sitting. Even better if it's aged a bit and starts to get sticky.
1. Reblochon!!! IT TASTES INCREDIBLE!!!!! 200 gold stars for reblochon !!!!
