being trans in the corporate workplace rlly should be paid at time and a half just to account for all the bullshit u have to deal with on a daily basis. get she/her'd constantly despite the fact i look like a bridge troll, and then also have to sit there clicking in my little spreadsheets while office conversations happen across my desk such as 'if you think about it, wives are always the admin department for their husbands! any time we have to send an email to a man we should copy in his wife to sort it out for him 🙂‍↕️ haha!' like that's not the plot of a horror movie 🤐 can we get straight women out of there 🤐

hey!!!! if you're transmasc and you want to do something that's not traditionally manly, that's not problematic! it's not inherently offensive or suspect to be gender nonconforming! you don't have to be GNC if you don't want to, but if you do want to, you're not hurting anyone by dressing and presenting yourself in the way that feels most comfortable to you. you wearing eyeliner to go to the bookstore is not causing material harm to the material conditions of anyone else
