β£ Well I finally caved and bought myself actually running shoes. I went into @fleetfeetmalta with no clue what I wanted or needed but the employees there were amazing and so helpful! We measured my feet and he had me try a few different ones. But these bad-boys felt best!β£ β£ Naturally I had to take them for a spin and see how they feel and how I felt when running. My hip didnβt bother me, and my knee wasnβt as sore!
