The Ritual
The ritual does not revive the Ender Dragon- it merely re-animates its body, but not the mind. What mind?

Another one of my favorite designs! Is a bit old, but I still like her a lot
Bringing back an OLD series I was doing...
MORE MOB RANGERS!!!
Here are some of the main villains of this AU, the Wither, Ender Dragon, and Elder Guardian Rangers! They're not the true villains, and have bosses... but those'll come later >:)
Regardless, they're the most powerful Mob Rangers, as their Mythic Shards (what lets them morph) are the most powerful of any of them.
These three each have super powerful attacks that mimic their in-game attacks--so Wither can summon more skulls to fling at people, Ender Dragon (or just called Jean) can summon purple flames to shoot, and the Elder Guardian has their laser attack
Wither can also talk to the skulls on their shoulders, which gain pupils when speaking :3
Have no clue what Mob Rangers even is? Have some links to the actual good guys!
Allay Ranger
Skeleton Ranger and Creeper Ranger (the Skeleton Ranger in this post is the canon design, rather than the Allay post)
Zombie Ranger
Spider Ranger
As a side note, I'm probably gonna do a thing where all of the characters (save for maybe Jean) just use all pronouns because. They're mobs and creatures. Lol
this is a old fan art i made of a character named Abbigail from the animated minecraft series called Songs of War on youtube by Squared Media
here's the full series if anyone is interested: https://youtu.be/yCNUP2NAt-A?si=Wt11mVajjyS6OR85
this artwork was more of a "what would the character look like in this outfit" or something to put it simply,
of how i imagine Abbigail in full armour since... spoiler alert!
if the artwork itself is not already a dead give away of Abbigail as a Ender Queen.
and drew her dragon Luna to the best i can at the time😅 it was a struggle ok... i just love fantasy dragons in general,😊
Second revenge on artfight! 🩵

His Returnal...
He broke out of the Void Jail. The Overworld is doomed... The God of Destruction is here...
This is gonna be a real fucking wild take but I think the problem with two kinds of mods for Minecraft especially but also other games, with those two kinds being horror mods and dragon mods, is that the fact that you get to experience them. Boy howdy am I gonna have fun justifying this!
So, I've played a few Minecraft horror mods. I've played a few dragon mods. And both of them share the exact same problem. You run into horrors, and you run into dragons. And that, for me, makes the mods suck.
Because if you're designing your dragons for a player to run into one of them every few days, your dragons kinda suck. They become just, part of the scenery. When I run into a dragon, in a Minecraft mod, I want to run for my life. I want to be able to explore thousands of blocks around my house, find maybe four dragon lairs, and completely restrict myself from going anywhere near there because good fucking god that's a dragon I need to be so fucking prepared if I want to fight one of those. I want to see signs of a dragon and begin making plans to run for my life. If a dragon is unavoidable, then to me, that's a bad mod. I need dragons to be necessary to avoid, unless you are completely sure you're ready.
Same for horror mods; the modern day style Dwellerkin especially. If you're playing with a horror mod; and I do mean a creature mod, not something that changes the whole world like Cryptid because there that's the point; chances are you're seeing something scary a hell of a lot. Even the face of the genre, and probably the best one, the OG Cave Dweller, you're seeing the dweller a lot. In my ideal horror mod, you see nothing for about ten hours; sooner if you're unlucky. You play Minecraft. Minecraft is the point; not the horror mod. Maybe you have other mods on the cards. But then, something begins to stalk you. And because you don't know when, it's scary. It's terrifying to realise that it is happening. And it stalks you for night after night, for maybe two in-game weeks or until you harm it badly enough, and then it goes. And it's gone, for who knows how long? Completely absent. You don't know when it might come back. And that's awful.
Anyhow all of this is a tangent to say that I've been really scared to try the Dragons Descent mod for Rimworld because I was worried that with twelve dragon varieties on the cards, then dragons become the point and I'm playing Dragon Game and not Rimworld. And so, I go to test things out, and I load up a world. And the strongest thing on my map is a Megasloth. There's no sign that this game even has dragons in it. I'm just playing Rimworld. Ain't that fantastic?
