PHAINON
Phainon was the dream son in law for every family, he is very popular and known by everyoneβyou bet that there's one person among your circle that knows phainon. You have been having a crush on him, but it was something smallβit's not something big plus you move on by then plus he has a girlfriend.
One day out of the blue, you receive a message or a friend request from phainon Instagram. Your best friend's boyfriend, outed your previous crush on him during a hangout and now he's messaging you. He is checking in on you as well as wondering whether or not you still like him, you thought that he was asking for reassurance because he already has a girlfriend and he doesn't want to make it awkward between you and her.
You reassure him that you no longer have any feelings for him thinking it was the end of itβhe took a long time to respond to your messages and he responded with an okay and then went offline. For one week, you've been hearing gossip of phainon and his girlfriend getting into arguments because he has a gallery of photos of a girlβthats what cyrene and castorice has been telling you.
The next day, your best friends break the news that phainon and his girlfriend officially ended their relationship. Honestly, you feel sad because his girlfriend is genuinely a nice presence but you guess people fall out of loveβthats what you thought on what happened towards phainon and his girlfriend.
What you don't know is that phainon for the longest time has fallen in love with you, he's aware of the crush you had on himβin fact he enjoys the chase from you, from the gaze that you think he wasn't paying attention it simply fuels the flames in his heart. He and his girlfriend were nothing but a stunt to make you more jealous, and the relationship was fake for him. It immediately becomes a big problem when you said that you don't like him anymore, he instantly panicked. By now, he's now focused on rekindling the old sparkβsince you are too shy to make the first move he would.
JINGYUAN
You have admired the head chairman for a long time and from a distance, it's already known that the chairman is often too busy for a relationshipβwhich is such a shame due to his good looks that would not be passed down, that's what the elders in your family sayβafter when you tell them about your small crush on your boss.
You were an assistant towards him and would manage his schedules so that he would not be overwhelmed and be burned out by the constant work he already has to do, he already has enough up his plate and he doesn't need more. There was so much for a person to handle, and he already suffered enough.
Jingyuan would often find your presence comforting and grounding, that's what he often says about youβreferring to you as his sanctuary. Quite nice to be dotted on at first, but now it becomes uncomfortable for youβback then when you first work for him, he's always distant and closed off even dismissing you.
During a company party, you accidentally got too drunk and confessed your crush towards jingyuan in front of him and coworkers. It was a disaster night for you and the worst day of the year, you were ashamed of showing your face again but the paycheck was too big so you kept a low profile to avoid any attention.
Recently you've been trying to do a transfer but when you send your papers it's always denied, it's very frustrating because all you wanted to do is just to leave and start a new but unfortunately the chairman has this idea of wanting to "embarrass" you by keeping you there as a reminder of your previous embarrassment. When you finally, confronted himβhe already expected it. You asked if this was an attempt to embarrass you and humiliated your confession, all he said was "when did I ever reject you" now you are all his now.
SUNDAY
You were a childhood for Sunday and robin, both coming from a royal family. Despite being from a lower statusβyour family and king gopher have a close relationship, that's probably the reason why you are able to meet Sunday and robin not to mention growing up together. You used to have a crush on the prince, but that dream was always a fantasy because it's expected for him to marry a high Noble.
Unfortunately a revolution has emerged and separated you from them for a long time, both Sunday and robin went missing when people flood the castle to execute the royal family with their relationship with the order which is seen as blasphemy against the Harmony that your nation serves.
During the years without them, you manage to grow in status by becoming the current king advisor. You never really expected that Sunday would return back, to take back his throne. It was a cold war and penancony was then split up again, another side wishes the return towards the oak prince while the other wishes to maintain the watchmen's wishes.
By the end Sunday manage to reclaim his throne again, you originally thought he might hate you but he seems neutral with you. Holding no grudge with you, in fact express happiness towards finally meeting you. He tells you his stories about travelling the world and his path of atonement as well as self reflection.
When you offer him a list of future spouses he seems to have taken it back, he always thought that you would be the one to be by his sideβthat caught you by surprises and move back, as you take a few steps backβsunday stand up from his chair and approach pinning you up against the wall. He is quite sad how lowly you viewed yourself, when you explain that you are not trained as a spouseβhe told you that he doesn't mind at all because the title of spouse or advisor doesn't matter all that matters is you by his side.
β he loves the animals that you can have as pets if you gift a mii a treasure β theyβre just these silly realistic ass pngs that canβt do much other than bounce or make noise but heβs there for it
β his mii is dripped the fuck out on your account, he made SURE of it, and the same goes for your adorable mii. although, you go broke β often, because of the refreshes of clothing every at where and wear that he canβt help but want.
β adding onto the former, ashveil gets immense cuteness aggression over your mii, he just wants to pluck your little self and squeeze you to death with all the love he has for you aughhh
β lives for the drama with the confessions he sees while you play ( thankful not of your mii and his ), where SEVERAL mfers pull up to the confession, either at the other table, in the bush outside ( in the case of tomoria ), or from under the mii wheel seats β LIKE BRO, that shit got him gasping and cracking up
β has beef with the late night market for scamming him with only three items rather than five β what the hell do you need multiple garages for ( yes he has received one every single day in a row )
β while youβre asleep he picks up your console to play for himself, to which the miis always seem to comment on him being a night owl or how heβs up late ( god forbid a man has insomnia )

β silver wolf put you on a new game, and there goes being able to spend time with you when elio is not sending him off following the script. he doesnβt want to feel a type of way but itβs definitely cutting between the time you spend together..
β heβd be cooking or cleaning up while youβre giggling away from the sofa at the confession scenes or weddings and of course the miis having their talks about obscene topics, trying his best to tune out the bitterness he feels.. until he sees himself on the screen β with you
β now heβs not interested, but also.. well, you do look cute following him around- going out on dates, so he.. canβt quite help but turn off the faucet to watch a little bit, if only to see your relationship progress
β he doesnβt play himself, but he likes to hold you while you play the game, and just watches absently while you tend to the island and your very-in-love miis.
β rlly domestic of blade, but he looks forward to the market refreshes everyday; heβll subtly ask what you got at the supermarket today or the limited markets throughout the morning, afternoon and night β just to see what food you got and if it was ever something that you might want him to cook for you<3
β his mii is incredibly existential, and if he ever has just some random thing to tell you guys- he canβt help but feel slightly embarrassed of how spot on the comments are. βthe sun will explode one day, what will you enjoy then?β like bro CHILL

β he first caught you playing the game when giggling could be heard from your room.. and then the parlor car.. and then in marchβs room.. and then the trailblazerβs room β literally everywhere you went, even outside the express.
β when he finally gives into curiosity and checks for himself what the hype is about, sunday finds himself.. greatly invested. itβs an island that is entirely customizable, with people that rely on his guidance to find love, make choices, eat, define themselves- everything.
β you offer at some point to let him try, noting how his aurum eyes seemed to shimmer with interest.. and you havenβt really gotten your device back since giving it to him. it was no trouble- in fact it was rather cute how invested he had been.
β at the very least the island is in good hands, sunday knows what heβs doing and heβs very much tending to the miis needs with immense enthusiasm β feeling inclined to do everything in his power for them all to be happy and living the dream, as the title suggests.
β he also stresses to get your mii and his mii married and moved in β very important to him and the subliminal messaging heβd like to send to you..
β i will say though, his patience is being greatly tested with the amount of requests miis have been making to put vending machines on the shoreline. he wants to satisfy the needs of his ( your ) residents, but at the cost of sullying the islandβs beauty? debatable.

β he started to hear from you less and less one week into the spring, and although he was ever the busy man with his work.. it became progressively more prevalent in his mind, to which he felt implored to actually see what was keeping you from visiting him.. and low and behold, you were glued to this game.
β it was a curious thing for him, watching how you were so invested in the lives of characters you had designed β including yourself and some segments of him. he wanted to try for himself and run his own.. experiments, for lack of better wording ( theyβre harmless )
β for the most part it was just testing which segment of him would win your heart first; can def envision almost everybody pulling up to the function to confess only for you to reject all of them
β which isnβt actually that big of a problem considering how deeply he dotes on your mii; honestly, i think heβs happier to gatekeep your mii, where they even refer to him as beloved and say lovey dovey shit β and he just snickers away at it.
β other than that he mostly observes you while you play, resting his chin on your shoulder and allowing his eyes to roam the screen and controls, then tests the game out for himself along with all the different mechanics
β donβt tell anyone but he really likes the greenery in the game β he made this pretty flower garden for you to log on and see when you would play again<3
β donβt tell anyone but he really likes the music β especially the track used in the palette house. he doesnβt do much designing- itβs not something heβs particularly good at, but he wanted to unlock the treasure room so he had to do some things here and there.
β iβm not sure how interested he actually is in the game, itβs more kavehβs speed or yours- but i think a tiny part of him just really liked the idea of being able to put everyone heβs ever cared for in one space, even if itβs not real.
β he has a fun time designing books in the game and coming up with dialogue combinations for all of the wrong things because why are these miis saying the most egregiously academic shit known to mankind..
β he visits your mii. often. i would argue your mii is the most pampered by him, constantly plucked up, visited, dressed up, fed; anything to make you happy, itβs actually quite cute.
β even while none of you are playing the game, he occasionally hums the music β which you could either point out or hum along to instead ( i hum along if i hear it lol )
β somehow always gets good shit from the late night market β ALWAYS GETTING FIVE ITEMS, which kaveh wants for strangle him over because why is he always getting three and the stupidest shit.
β youβve been clicking away at a gaming console for who knows how long, and itβs beginning to get on his nerves with how little you paid him any mind.. just what happened to basic decency, certainly at the dinner table?
β finally when he says something, you innocently reveal the game that has been occupying your time, and when he sees the island builder mechanics- that you were essentially working on designing your island.. letβs just say his ire lessened.
β you were somewhat taking interest in his craft, wanting to compose a beautiful island layout β and that made him quite happy to see! even if itβs just a fictional thing on a screen, it was appreciated nonetheless.
β you let him try the game, of course, and- well.. letβs just say most of the hours went into not only building- but DESIGNING buildings using the palette house β so kaveh was.. there for awhile, but your island looks very beautiful!
β for whatever reason he finds out that his mii lives with alhaitham, and instead of you two moving in together when you finally get into a relationship β you just end up moving in with him AND alhaitham. so he feels a type of way..
β like sunday, but intensified, heβs a bit of a crashout when miis ask for vending machines, sprinklers, streetlights and lanterns in the worst possible spaces. additionally when they ask for clothes or items and donβt appreciate what he gives them, he also feels offended! like dude he put all that effort in and for what? to get a βdoesnβt think itβs a good matchβ?
notes. i took a little longer w this β originally i was gonna add more characters but i ran out of ideas since i didnβt bring my switch to visit my friends this weekend akakaka but anyway i hope these hcs were ok! for simplicity, the genshin ones are in a modern au!
