The 5 Napkin Meatballs are juicy and full of flavor, and the creamy rosemary aioli goes great with them. They're good as an appetizer or as a main dish.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. 1 egg. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary. 1 tbsp lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and minced garlic should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Form the mixture into meatballs that are about 1.5 inches across. Warm up a big pan with olive oil over medium-low heat. It will take about two to three minutes on each side to brown the meatballs. After the meatballs are browned, put them on a baking sheet and bake them in a hot oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are fully cooked. To make the rosemary aioli, put mayonnaise, chopped fresh rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together. Put the meatballs out hot and let people dip them in the rosemary aioli.
