This Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon with Green Beans is a simple and flavorful meal that's perfect for busy weeknights. The salmon and green beans are coated in a delicious homemade teriyaki sauce and roasted together on a sheet pan, making cleanup a breeze.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1 pound green beans, trimmed. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 2 tablespoons water. Sesame seeds, for garnish. Sliced green onions, for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the teriyaki sauce. Arrange the salmon fillets and green beans on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Pour half of the teriyaki sauce over the salmon and green beans, ensuring they are evenly coated. Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. While the salmon is baking, heat the remaining teriyaki sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Once the teriyaki sauce on the stove is simmering, slowly whisk in the cornstarch slurry. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Remove the sheet pan from the oven and drizzle the thickened teriyaki sauce over the salmon and green beans. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
