Cartoon depicting a popular scene of majos and majas dancing seguidillas, a folk dance from the region of New Castile and Madrid , less lively than the famous fandango. The view of the banks of the Manzanares River accurately reflects, in the foreground, the area of ​​the Pontones Bridge, and according to Goya, "in the distance, a bit of Madrid can be seen near San Francisco."
