We haven’t been very active on social media lately and there are lots of reasons why. If we’ve been distant and you feel like we don’t care about you anymore I’m so, SO sorry. We realise we have been slack with chatting to friends. These are not excuses by any means, we take full responsibility for any uncertainty we have caused. This update is just to let those who care about us know what has been going on. You are still appreciated very much, I hope you can believe that. You do matter to us.
Ever since some of the alters from The Fog have made their way to the main village things have been so chaotic. Communication has suffered and other amnesiac barriers have been put up, as well as stupid disjointed trauma memories resurfacing. I don’t hate any of the alters who came from The Fog, but I hate how it’s shaken things up the way it has. We start work in a week so I hope everyone who does go to work is going to be up to it. I’m high-key worried ngl.

This is all I personally have to say on this matter:
Nobody gets to tell you who you are. Nobody gets to say that you are not real or you are faking your mental illness. The only people who have the authority to diagnose you are qualified professionals. Anybody else who tries to invalidate your mental illness is irrelevant. This includes those who have a YouTube channel with a following. This includes that person sending you anonymous messages on tumblr. You know who you are and you know what you what you have experienced. Do not let some person on the internet (or offline for that matter) invalidate you. You are valid.
I have seen many photographs of both cats and dogs being adorable while lying in a human sized bed. I approve of our dashboard tonight. -Natalia.
Is it possible to have alters even though you still have the total control of your body? I mean, they can't make you do things if you don't want it but you can just hear and feel them?
It is possible to have alters that do not front, yes. :) Tilly in our system has never fronted, that we know of anyway. She has been co-conscious with some of us, but she has not fronted or co-fronted.

It is not National Coming Out Day where we are from, it is the 12th and it is ‘National’ not ‘International’ so there is that. But I just wanted to make a post saying that there are a lot of LGBTQIA+ members in our system. Some are proud and would not change that about themselves for the world, and there are a few who are still coming to terms with their sexuality.
I personally am an aromantic asexual cis woman and that is perfectly fine by me. If you are unsure of your sexuality or gender that is perfectly fine and so normal, like you would not believe. If you are worried/scared/nervous to come out that is normal too. You do not have to come out if you feel unready to. Please don’t come out if you think your safety is at risk, you can wait for a time when you are supporting yourself and have people who support you to come out, there is no rush.
Whoever you are, whatever you are and however you feel I just want you to know that you are NOT alone.

Tuesday 4th October
Woke up surrounded by printed pages about the elements, colour correspondence and herbs. I see Dani has been gathering information on witchcraft, that’s so wonderful. :)
What I can also see from tumblr is a bunch of posts on witchcraft and DID. Also read that Jaylah was fronting alone last night and was having a rather tough time. For some reason our paths have not crossed recently so I have no idea what she has been feeling or going through. I must make a conscious effort to connect with her this week, that is if she wants to connect with me.
I have not been out since we were in Australia last week, it is great to be back in a familiar place. I think I will do some meditation then I will make some green tea and sip as tidy up the room.
