☺️🐴Thanks to @rozfitness47 for making today's posture joyful! #vatyanasana is a demanding posture so it was enjoyable to explore it from a #chairyoga perspective with Roz. I have to say, this posture intrigued me when I explored the full pose throughout the day. I invited it into my morning practice. Then, I demonstrated for my corporate class. Between classes, I hung out with Roz (see pic 💗)! And lastly, I had fun teaching a very structured vinyasa class for safe exploration.
