Day 24!! Eagle Pose 🦅 Picture on the left is from 2/14/15 Picture on the right is from today 3/24/20 Here’s a balance pose that will never be “easy” for me lol In 2015 I focused on my legs and arms the most. I wanted my hands to meet perfectly and I wanted my foot to lock my legs into place by getting that foot around my calf. I didn’t even think about hugging my ribs in and engaging my core....OR MY SHOULDERS!!!!
