While running shortens your muscles, yoga will lengthen them again. Thats why I’ll end my day with a smooth yoga flow after a great sprint training this morning (find it in my story). Well I’d probably do the same without the sprint training 😂. This is the famous hamstring stretch to get your legs moving :).
