A little #mobilitymonday #progresspicture of yours truly. About 2-3 years ago, I had some hip pain that turned into months of hip tightness and discomfort. About a year ago, I was 75% better but still wanted more range of motion, more strength and better performance. Last hear, I decided to really commit to a #yearofstrongandbendy and I have to say I feel like I have been consistently working on it. First picture is from summer 2019, the other two are from today. To you, these pictures might not seem like a lot but to me, I see massive change and growth. I see strength and mobility. I see progress. I feel good. I also see more work to get done. I can also see that that today I am shifted away from my right hip. Overall, I can see my power and strength, my commitment and dedication. I also KNOW how much better I feel and that is the MOST important. Change takes time. Progress does not happen over night. So, take your time, learn and feel good. --- Want to learn more about mobility?
