These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are perfect for any Super Bowl party or gathering. They are loaded with spicy buffalo chicken, creamy ranch dressing, and melted cheddar cheese, all sandwiched between soft slider buns. Easy to make and even easier to devour!
Ingredients: 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 12 slider buns. 1/4 cup sliced green onions optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Shred the chicken and mix it with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in a bowl. Sandwich buns should be cut in half and the bottom halves should be put on a baking sheet. Place a lot of the chicken mixture on the bottom of each bun. Add some crumbled cheddar cheese on top of the chicken. Put the other half of the bun on top of each slider. Place aluminum foil over the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sliders are warm all the way through. When you take it out of the oven, you can add sliced green onions as a garnish if you want to. Enjoy while hot!

These creamy and cheesy twice baked buffalo chicken potatoes are sure to make your taste buds sing! Packed with flavor, they make for a satisfying meal or a delightful appetizer. Perfect for game day gatherings or cozy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients: 4 large russet potatoes. 1 cup shredded cooked chicken. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Clean the potatoes and use a fork to make several holes in each one. Put on a baking sheet and bake for fifty to sixty minutes, or until soft. Shred the chicken and mix it with buffalo sauce in a bowl while the potatoes are baking. After the potatoes are cooked, let them cool down a bit before cutting each one in half along its length. Remove the insides of each potato half carefully and place them in a mixing bowl. Be sure to leave a thin layer of potato flesh on top. Mix the potato flesh that has been scooped out with sour cream, ranch dressing, half of the cheese shreds, salt, and pepper. Add the buffalo chicken and mix it in until it's well mixed. Evenly stuff the potato skins with the chicken mixture, making sure there are some extras on top. Add the rest of the shredded cheese to the top of each stuffed potato. Put the potatoes back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
