if you are a fan of landscape painting or a fan of italy in general, then you are a fan of guardi. i really enjoyed looking at the details of this artwork. the buildings are captured very realistically by the artist. feeling myself into the scenery gave me a vibe of an exciting sunday afternoon in 18th century venice.
fun fact: i've only been to the venice central station, not the city itself, and i regret it
