Ingredients: 1/2 head of green cabbage, thinly sliced. 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved. 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the sliced cabbage, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced cucumbers. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
