Sooo pretty! I've gotten off my regimen a bit but this dfntly inspires me to get back on. As u can see, this beauty has kiwi which are alkalizing, detoxifying, high in vitamins, and did u knw that u can eat the skin? It also has beets which I absolutely hated as a kid. Lol! I've now discovered that I can mix them in other things to hide the taste and still reap it's many benefits. Beets are also detoxifying, they lower blood pressure, have cancer fighting properties, they're anti-inflammatory, rich in vitamin c and potassium and are also high in antioxidants. My mom wld be proud. π₯€
