The Applebee's Spinach and Artichoke Dip made in an Instant Pot is creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor. Great for parties, get-togethers, or just enjoying a tasty appetizer.
Ingredients: 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: In the Instant Pot, combine all ingredients and stir well. Lock the lid and set the valve to sealing position. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Once done, quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid. Stir the dip well and serve hot with tortilla chips or bread slices.
