For Halloween parties, this scary sangria recipe is great. It looks like a holiday treat because of the deep red color and mix of fruits, and the edible glitter makes it even more fun. For a really scary experience, serve it in glitter mason jars or Halloween wine glasses.
Ingredients: 1 bottle red wine. 1/4 cup brandy. 1/4 cup orange liqueur. 2 cups cranberry juice. 1/4 cup simple syrup. 1 orange, sliced. 1 apple, diced. 1 cup mixed berries. Ice cubes. Edible glitter optional.
Instructions: In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine. Add the sliced orange, diced apple, and mixed berries to the pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Fill glitter mason jars or Halloween wine glasses with ice cubes. Pour the sangria into the prepared glasses, ensuring each glass gets a good mix of fruit. If desired, sprinkle edible glitter over the top of each glass for a spooky touch. Serve and enjoy!
