Ingredients: 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1/2 cup popcorn kernels. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Salt to taste.
Instructions: In a big pot, warm up the vegetable oil over medium heat. Stir the popcorn kernels until they are evenly coated with sugar after adding them to the pot with the granulated sugar. Make sure the pot's lid has a small opening to allow steam to escape. To ensure even popping and avoid burning, shake the pot constantly. Take the pot off of the burner when the popping starts to slow down, then keep shaking the pot until it stops. The kettle corn should be carefully moved to a large bowl, where it should be sprinkled with salt to taste and mixed together. Before serving, allow to cool slightly.
