Ingredients: 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 cup fresh blackberries. 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced. 4-6 fresh basil leaves, torn into pieces. 6 ounces Brie cheese, sliced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat about 450F/232C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and place it, oiled side down, on the preheated grill grates. Close the grill lid and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and has grill marks. While the dough is grilling, spread pizza sauce evenly over the top side of the dough. Quickly add the sliced Brie cheese, fresh blackberries, and sliced strawberries over the sauce. Close the grill lid again and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, and the fruits are slightly caramelized. Remove the grilled pizza from the grill using a pizza peel or large spatula. Sprinkle torn basil leaves over the top. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
