This dish combines the freshness of zucchini pasta with the savory goodness of teriyaki salmon, creating a flavorful and nutritious meal.
Ingredients: 2 zucchinis, spiralized. 2 salmon fillets. 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Put salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce and let them sit for 20 minutes. Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. Cook the salmon fillets in the pan for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked. Take the salmon out of the pan and set it aside. Add the spiralized zucchini to the same pan and cook for two to three minutes, until the zucchini is soft. Use salt and pepper to season the zucchini. Put cooked teriyaki salmon fillets on top of the zucchini pasta on each plate. Before serving, top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
