I was a bit disappointed in how my run went Tuesday, so for the first time in ages instead of laying in bed after the early learn goes off I got up, donned my running kit & smashed out the same route. Wasn’t easy, wet & windy out there, but four minutes faster. I haven’t run fasted, pre-breakfast for ages, I complete blown up near the top of the hill, I kept going to the top. But even that section was fast than Tuesday! Still not fast, but given where I am at the moment I’m happy with it. Second mid week run too, but an early morning one. I think that is better than the pace! I have to get back in to these good habits I might run Saturday, but I want to be careful not to over do it. I have a 10 miles run planned for Sunday, but given I’ve not run that distance for a while I’ll be 3:1 run walking to get myself used to time on my feet. Going to over two hours!
