πUpper Body EMOM π Every Minute On the Minute 3 Bodyweight Moves to light up your entire upper body. Here is the setup: Minute 1: 10 Dips Minute 2: 15 Pushups Minute 3: 5 Pull-ups Thatβs one βοΈ cycle the goal is to complete 10 total cycles of this for a 30 minute workout ποΈββοΈ for a total of 100 dips - 150 pushups - 5 pull-ups. As always the goal is full range of motion quality reps -this is not a speed or race workout itβs to actually improve on your form, feel the patterns and own them.
