For Poached: Heat a medium sized pot with water. Once boiling but not rapidly boiling, add salt and take a spoon to twirl your water to make a vortex. Slowly and carefully, add in your poached egg while it's twirling. Cook on medium-high heat until it's not translucent anymore and the white is cooked through, around 4-5 minutes. Set on a paper towel or washcloth to dry off excess water and eat. For Scrambled: In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter and add your eggs in, whisking every few seconds on medium-low heat.
