TYRE CONDITIONING SESSION For those of you that want to get out of the gym and try something different... Here is a little something you can do... All you need is a tyre, that is challenging to lift but do able, and somewhere to run đđť 1) TYRE BOUNCE Lay on your front, bounce up, hop onto the tyre, in it, onto the other side and then out the other side and then repeat from the other side, do it for 30sec, rest 30sec and 6 rounds 2) TYRE FLIPS Flip the tyre do a down up and keep repeating for 30sec, rest 30sec and do 6 sets 3) 200m RUNS Run 200m, Set off very 1:30 and do 6-8 sets Targets: I'm Fit = 40-45sec, Intermediate = 45-50sec, just starting = sub 1min... It should preferably be a 100m surface so that you have to do 1 turn to do 200m... But you can also do it on a 50m surface...
