TFP where everything’s the same except whenever Miko gets sad Optimus allows her to paint little patterns on him (flower, shapes, etc)-
Optimus doesn't mind at all, in fact, he believes its a beatiful addition to his paint job. Miko just puts on meaningful symbols on. She likes painting on flowers, animals and random objects. Sometimes she'll write some thing in Japanese and let Optimus figure out what she wrote.
He's always eager at the end of the day to see what Miko painted on that day and continue to smile in secret as he gently brushes his servo over the dried paint. He gets upset when he has to wash himself and all the paint washes away.
Somehow, he knows that Miko draws on him because she needs to relax herself or she wants to just chat about important things while using her hands. It helps her a lot. He realizes she comes to him when shes not herself or in a complete depressing mood.
He wants to think that Miko expresses her feelings and emotions through painting and specifically paints on him because he's someone that he cares greatly for Miko. (Hes not wrong)
Optimus loves when he sees a writing of Miko's first language because it gives him a mystery to figure out and what it says.
He gets all choked up when he sees "I love you dad" or "you're the best dad" in Japanese writing. He wishes he could just keep them forever on his frame. But he does take a picture and keep it in his most treasured memory banks.
