While Dreadwing struggles to stand up due to a lack of heels, Smokescreen is a hell of a mover. This is a vision of what Transformers could be and eventually would be. Exquisite. Between this and Laser Prime you basically have a roadmap of how transformer toys would work for the next 30 years.

I can only imagine how badly Prowl's confrontation of Devcon will go down.
There's a lot of yelling on both sides. Mostly Smokescreen trying to defend both Devcon and his choice to keep his carriage a secret from both Prowl and Blurr.
However Prowl doesn't back down, believing that if they've told him the truth much eariler things would have been better. Smokescreen would have gotten the support he needed, not to mention Blurr would have grown up knowing who his creators were.
Smokescreen disagrees. Afterall Springer didn't grow up raised by Prowl, he spent his childhood under the care of the wreckers and Kup's guidance. What support could his brother give if he, didn't raise his own sparkling?
Prowl doesn't know what to say to that. He knows its the truth yet at the same time he'd thought Smokescreen was better. A better brother and creator, one where they've learned from his mistakes. Now he isn't so sure...
Devcon however is still processing that not only is he a sire but also was kept in the dark about the whole thing.
Tonight surely can't end any sooner.
-💕
Funny thing is, smokescreen might’ve been safer than Prowl during his carriage since Devcon is not like Tarantulas lol but also Prowl should’ve shared his reasons lol
Bluestreak: I had a nightmare about... about Prowl leaving us forever. What if he never comes back?
Smokescreen: Prowl is tough. Besides what's gonna happen? An asteroid is gonna hit their ship? Prowl thinks of everything, nothing will happen. I promise.
Bluestreak: I hope this war ends soon...
-------------------------------------------
Bluestreak: You... you promised... you promised Prowl would be fine!
Reactions of both Autobots and Decepticons to knowing he saved TFP Optimus instead of becoming the new Chosen One of Cybertron, please.
(Smokescreen: It's no big deal. Anyone could have done the same. Sentinel "my comatose boss/mentor is great propaganda" Prime and Starcream: . . .Yeahhh, totally.)
-Immediately, Optimus admires Smokescreen. Yes, he's loud and a bit brash but he's a good mech, someone who values others more than he cares about his own reputation and power. After this, Optimus finds himself getting closer to Smokescreen, as he now sees him as someone he can trust and rely on.
-Ratchet had originally found Smokescreen to be yet just another loud youth, scrambling for fame, but after this admission, he finds himself reassessing his view on the mech. Clearly he's got a good head on his shoulders, even if he kinda childish.
-Bumblebee feels a bit guilty because he's not sure he would have done the same in Smokescreen's situation. He hopes that he would but the idea of fame and power is really tempting, which doesn't sound very heroic now that he thinks about. Feels bad about it and kinda stays away from both Smokescreen and his own Optimus because of this.
-To Bulkhead, this makes Smokescreen as a real hero and an overall great person. He put the life of his friend above his own desires which makes him super cool! Bulkhead already liked Smokescreen from the get-go so this just elevated his already high opinion of him.
-Yeah, Prowl already got that feeling from him, back when they first met. Sure, Smokescreen is loud and, in many ways, immature, but he gives off this honest aura that makes one want to trust him. He does not feel like a selfish person. Still, Prowl only fully allows himself to trust Smokescreen after this revelation.
-Ultra Magnus is proud of this random, dimensionally-displaced autobot, even if he does feel that he made the obvious choice. This alternate Optimus is obviously a great leader and it makes sense to choose him instead of aiming for that position yourself. Ultra does however know that there are a lot of selfish bots out there that wouldn't have done the same.
-Speaking of selfish bots, Sentinel feels oddly targeted? Like, he knows that if he had been in that position, he would have chosen to become the new Chosen One. In fact, he sees that as the right choice. But at the same time, he recognizes that Smokescreen's choice was heroic and unselfish which makes him mad because what does that him?
-Now that's a bot Jazz feels comfortable both hanging out with and fighting side by side with. Jazz himself would have done the same thing in Smokescreen's situation and knowing that this other version of Optimus has someone that loyal and trustworthy on his side is a relief.
-Automatically, the Jettwins now look up to Smokescreen. They already thought he was a fun dude to hang out with but the fact that he's so heroic and loyal? Instant admiration. They think very highly of him and adhere to his judgement. In their optics, Smokescreen's got a great moral compass.
-Megatron is faintly impressed. Such loyalty is rare and, were it his own subordinate that displayed it, he would have rewarded it. But at the same time, power is something to be grabbed. The strong and opportunistic get out on top and that's something he strongly believes in. Because of this, he believes that Smokescreen, at the end of the day, is a naive fool.
-As for Starscream, he's annoyed and disgusted. He's got a similar view on power as Megatron, maybe even more so. To get anywhere in life, one has to be willing to do anything, betray anyone. He will openly mock Smokescreen for being so weak-willed and condemn him to forever be a follower, not a leader.
-Blitzwing is admittedly somewhat impressed by Smokescreen's actions. To have such power within ones grasp and to forgo it for the sake of someone else? It can not have been an easy decision. Despite this, he does not think any more of Smokescreen than he did before.
-Now, Lugnut is no stranger to loyalty. And despite being on opposite sides (even when dimensionally displaced), he does praise Smokescreen for his loyalty to his leader, knowing that he would have done the same for Megatron without a second of hesitation. Because of this, he treats Smokescreen with begrudging respect, even if he is a pathetic autobot.
-Part of Blackarachnia feels like Optimus does not deserve this. Yes, she knows that this alternate version is different from her own, but her hatred taints her view of a bot she's never even met. She mocks Smokescreen for his decision, questioning if his precious leader would have done the same for him.
-Shockwave, similar to Lugnut, does admit that he would have done the same, had he been in that situation. Other than that, he really doesn't care. Smokescreen's status as an enemy remains unchanged and while his threat level might have risen, he is still a target to be eliminated.

I have come to ask,- because I realise u might not continue it but - in TFP; Echos of the unknown, how do u think y/n and Emily would react to meeting Wheeljack, Smokescreen, and Ultra Magnus for the first time? Do u think they would get along? If so, how do you think they would hang out?
Hey! I'm doing OK. Thanks for asking. (And sorry for the late response. Lady period came by and kicked my ass.)
I actually do have an outline for the continuation of Echoes of the Unknown. (two outlines) I just try to follow the rule of "finish the previous series first before starting a new one." Which is Echoes From The Spark at the moment. (I finally managed to draft the next chapter)
I have imagined how reader and Emily would interact with those characters. This is what I had in mind.
Wheeljack: With this guy, I think reader and Emily knew about him through Miko and Bulkhead. So, they already have an idea of what he's like. I say the first time they meet him is when he crash-lands on Earth while chasing Dreadwing. Reader and Emily sympathize with his loss, but quickly see that he has problems with leadership, and he recklessly puts Bulkhead in danger while trying to get revenge on Dreadwing. One scene I imagine is reader snapping at him and telling him that his loss sucks, but it doesn't mean he should risk his own and other people's lives for revenge. Wheeljack might put on that "I don't need your help" or "I don't care what happens to me" act, and maybe reader reminds him that Bulkhead does care, and if he plans to add himself to the number of dead friends they share. So, reader knocking some sense into him.
Wheeljack has some respect for reader after hearing about the nemesis incident, and that reader is not afraid to jab back at him.
Maybe after Dreadwing incident, reader and Emily are cool with him mostly. Emily might nickname him the "bomb guy" and two would probably exchange some teasing comments. Reader might show interest in learning more about wreckers and bombs from him. Though he would likely pull a few pranks on reader.
When he heard that reader used to be a human and accidentally swapped bodies with a Vehicon, he would probably find it amusing and say you 'stole' a cons body. Otherwise, he wouldn't treat you differently.
Smokescreen: With Smokescreen, reader and Emily meet him after the bots brought him to the base. Smokescreen wouldn't likely think much of reader at first, thinking reader was just another cybertronian. That's until he questions why reader had a human name, and reader tells him that she used to be one. He would be shocked for a while, but wouldn't treat reader differently. He'd most likely asks a lot of human-related questions. Reader and Emily would notice that he was eager to prove himself.
I had one scene in mind where they brought him along to a spare part hunt, and reader bluntly asks him why he wants to prove himself so badly. Smokescreen would probably deny that until reader tells him that they don't need to see how strong he is, but if he's someone the team can trust to listen and have their backs. I say reader has some influence in making Smokescreen less reckless.
Otherwise, reader and Smokescreen would get along and become friends. Smokescreen would probably be eager to talk about his time in the Elite guard, and reader would patiently listen. Emily would teach him a thing or two about humans, and probably tease him a little.
Ultra Magnus: Now, with this guy, I haven't really decided yet how their first meeting would go. I imagined it would happen when reader and Emily are on the run after the base's destruction. The two managed to stay hidden long enough to skip the Darkmount battle, and the Autobots then tried to look for them. Reader and Emily stayed hidden with another character (an insecticon) and end up getting attacked by Predaking. The two send a distress signal, allowing the bots to find them and rescue them from the predacon. After that incident, reader and Emily get introduced to Ultra Magnus properly and catch up on everything they missed.
One way I imagined reader bonding with Ultra Magnus is when he struggles to fit in with the team. Being a commander and stuff. Reader doesn't think badly of him--- maybe because he reminds her of her human father--- so maybe reader knows how to talk to him. Maybe reader teaches him how to fit in and maybe loosen up with his commander persona. One idea I also had is that Ultra Magnus kinda convinces reader to come forward to her human father and let him know the real truth about her 'death'.
How he reacts to reader having been a human, he would probably struggle to get his head around it a bit, but since it was an accident, he wouldn't think foully of it. He would probably try to discourage reader from participating in the field and staying in the base for safety reasons.
I recently aquired adopted the newest Age of The Primes Smokescreen figure from my local Walmart. 😄
He’s a wonderful little guy so far, although im sure he’ll cause mischief once he settles into my small Autobot [figurine] Brigade.
Anyways, I thought I would welcome my lil beloved with a watercolor portrait! He used to be my biggest childhood crush favorite.

If it walks like a drake, barks like a drake, and acts like a drake… then… why does Smokey look like a wyvern?
wip of Smokescreen’s possible design. He’s going to take after Barricade a lot. However despite being built like a drake in every way— from his scales to body type to even his base behavior — he’s born without the front arms that would normally slot him right into that category.
Megatron’s family really is full of a lot of weird quirks.
