💜 16 Years of Crohn’s 💜 As always today will always hold a special meaning to me for many reasons, but one of them being my support system. Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or only a few years. You’ve seen me go through some really bad lows but also go through some amazing highs & I’ve always had a smile no matter what I was going through 😊💙 I know I’ll have many more challenges ahead but I’m truely thankful for those I’ve got to lean on & help give me that extra push when needed.
