Ingredients: 500g de viande de boeuf hache. 4 pains burger. 4 tranches de fromage cheddar. 4 feuilles de laitue. 2 tomates, tranches. 1 oignon rouge, tranch finement. 4 cuillres soupe de mayonnaise. 2 cuillres soupe de moutarde. 2 cuillres soupe de ketchup. Sel et poivre au got.
Instructions: Warm up your grill or stove to a medium-high temperature. If you want to make burger galettes, divide the beef meat into 4 equal parts and bake them. Season the beef burgers with salt and pepper. When the grill is hot, put the galettes on it and cook them for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for an even cooking. During that time, grill the burger patties on the grill until they are fully done. Just before taking the burgers off the grill, put a slice of cheddar cheese on each one and let it melt. Put the mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup in a small bowl and mix them together to make the sauce. Once the beef burgers and cheese fondue are done, take them off the grill. Place the sauce on top of the middle part of each burger bun. Put a cheese sheet on top of the sauce, then a beef galette with the melted cheese. On top, add slices of tomato and red onion.
