These Funfetti tie-dyed cookie bars are a delicious cake mix treat. They're perfect for adding a splash of color to any occasion, thanks to their vibrant colors and sweet white chocolate chips.
Ingredients: 1 box Funfetti cake mix. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 eggs. Food coloring assorted colors. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a large bowl, combine the Funfetti cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms. Divide the dough into equal parts, depending on how many colors you want to use. Add a few drops of food coloring to each portion of dough, and knead until the colors are well incorporated and the dough is uniformly colored. Press each colored dough into the baking pan, creating a tie-dye effect by placing the different colors next to each other. Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the dough in the pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars. Once cooled, cut the bars into desired sizes and shapes. Serve and enjoy these colorful and delicious Funfetti tie-dyed cookie bars!
