Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup harissa sauce. 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread harissa sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, red onion, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper over the harissa sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella and feta cheese over the top of the pizza. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and sprinkle with dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
