These Sausage and Broccoli Rabe Burgers are a delicious twist on the classic burger. The Italian sausage patty is juicy and flavorful, while the sautéed broccoli rabe adds a hint of bitterness and a touch of green goodness. The Parmesan mayo spread ties everything together for a mouthwatering burger experience.
Ingredients: 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed. 1 bunch broccoli rabe, stems trimmed. 4 burger buns. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to get it hot. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Cook for one to two minutes, until the garlic smells good, after adding it. Put the broccoli rabe in the pan and cook it for about 5 minutes, until it gets soft. Add pepper and salt. Take it off the heat. Four patties should be made out of the Italian sausage. They should be cooked all the way through and browned for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. While the sausage is cooking, put the burger buns on the grill and toast them for one to two minutes, until they get a little crispy. Put the grated Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix them together to make a Parmesan mayo spread. Spread the Parmesan mayo on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the burgers together. Put a sausage patty on top of it. Put equal amounts of the sauted broccoli rabe on each burger, and then add strips of roasted red pepper on top. Add the top half of the buns to the burgers that have been put together. You can enjoy your Sausage and Broccoli Rabe Burgers while they are still hot.

Indulge in the ultimate burger experience with these Cheddar-Stuffed Burgers served alongside crispy and guilt-free Air-Fried French Fries. The juicy burgers are stuffed with cheddar cheese for an extra burst of flavor, while the air-fried fries are perfectly seasoned and crispy. It's a delightful meal that will satisfy your burger cravings!
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for topping the burgers.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Put the ground beef in a bowl and season it with salt and pepper. Cut the ground beef into 8 equal pieces and press each one into a thin patty. On four of the patties, put a slice of cheddar cheese. Place the other 4 patties on top of the cheese-covered patties and seal the edges to make stuffed burgers. Use olive oil to coat the air fryer basket so that food doesn't stick. Put the stuffed burgers in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are done the way you like them. Put the cut potatoes in a bowl and mix them with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper while the burgers are cooking. Put the seasoned potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't touch each other. Air fry the fries at 375F 190C for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket every now and then to make sure they cook evenly. For about a minute or two, toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer until they get a little crispy. Put the burgers together by putting the stuffed burger patty on the bottom bun, then the lettuce, tomato, and condiments on top of that. Air-Fried French Fries should be served with the Cheddar-Stuffed Burgers. Enjoy your tasty burger and fries that you made yourself!

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices for topping. Your favorite burger condiments ketchup, mayo, etc..
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeno peppers, breadcrumbs, and egg. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
