These Smoked Chicken Burgers are a flavorful twist on the classic burger. The ground chicken is mixed with smoky spices and barbecue sauce, then smoked to perfection. Serve them with your favorite toppings for a mouthwatering meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Red onion slices. Pickles. Cheese slices optional. Mayonnaise. Mustard.
Instructions: Put BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, and minced garlic in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Mix the ingredients together well, then use your hands to make 4 burger patties. Set your smoker or grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken burger patties on the grill or smoker grates and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they reach 165F 74C on the inside. You can put cheese slices on top of the patties to melt in the last few minutes of grilling. Toast the burger buns on the grill until they're just barely brown while the patties are cooking. Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the toasted buns before putting the burgers together. Place lettuce leaves on a plate. Add a chicken patty, tomato slices, red onion slices, pickles, and melted cheese if you want. Add the other half of the bun on top, and if needed, use a toothpick to hold it in place. Warm up the smoked chicken burgers and serve them with your favorite sides. Have fun with your tasty Smoked Chicken Burgers!
