This Balsamic Caprese Chicken Burger is a delicious take on the traditional Caprese salad. It has juicy grilled chicken, tomato, mozzarella, basil, and a tangy balsamic glaze.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 4 burger buns. 1 cup balsamic vinegar. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and black pepper to taste. 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese. 1 large tomato, sliced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. Balsamic glaze for drizzling optional.
Instructions: In a small saucepan, bring balsamic vinegar to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until it reduces to a thick syrup, about 15-20 minutes. Set aside. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture onto both sides of chicken breasts. Grill chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked internal temperature of 165F/75C. During the last minute of grilling, top each chicken breast with a slice of mozzarella cheese to melt. Toast burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly browned. Assemble the burgers: Place a grilled chicken breast on the bottom half of each bun. Top with tomato slices and fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired. Cover with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately and enjoy!

When you eat chicken burgers with barbecue onion sauce, they taste great. These burgers are juicy and full of flavor. They're great for a dinner during the week or a barbecue on the weekend. The smoked and sweet caramelized onions make the whole thing taste better.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 1 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1 cup sliced onions. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, diced red onion, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Divide the chicken mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Brush the patties with vegetable oil and grill them for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown. During the last few minutes of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt. While the burgers are cooking, heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a separate pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and saut until they become caramelized and brown, about 10 minutes. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are lightly browned. To assemble the burgers, place lettuce and tomato slices on the bottom bun, add the cooked chicken patty with melted cheese, top with caramelized onions, and finish with the top bun. Serve hot with extra barbecue sauce if desired.
