Enjoy the rich flavors of tandoori-spiced chicken in burger form. These Tandoor Style Chicken Burgers are perfect for grilling season and pack a delicious punch of Indian-inspired flavors.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 2 tbsp tandoori masala. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ginger paste. 1/2 tsp cumin powder. 1/2 tsp coriander powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onion. Mint chutney. Oil for grilling.
Instructions: Ground chicken, tandoori masala, Greek yogurt, red onion, minced garlic, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Combine well by mixing. Cut the chicken mixture into four equal parts and form each one into a burger patty. Set a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it with oil to keep food from sticking. Put the chicken patties on the grill and cook them for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are done and have grill marks. If you want the burger buns to be a little golden, put them on the grill for one minute. Put a chicken patty, lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and red onion on the bottom half of each bun to make the burgers. Put mint chutney on the top half of the buns and then put them on top of the other ingredients. Warm up the Tandoor Style Chicken Burgers and serve them with your favorite sides.
