This delicious burger combines the rich flavors of Tomme de Savoie cheese with the tangy kick of Dijon mustard. It's a savory treat that's perfect for any burger lover.
Ingredients: 500g ground beef. 4 burger buns. 150g Tomme de Savoie cheese, sliced. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices of tomato. 4 slices of red onion. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add salt and pepper to each patty. Toast the burger buns on the grill until they are just barely browned. Brush them with olive oil. Put them away. Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you like them more done. Put a slice of Tomme de Savoie cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking and let it melt. Dijon mustard should be spread on the bottom half of each toasted bun. After the mustard, put a lettuce leaf on top of it and then a burger patty with melted cheese. Cover the burger with a slice of tomato and a slice of red onion. The last step is to put the top half of the bun on top of the burger's ingredients. Enjoy your BURGER A LA MOUTARDE ET A LA TOMME DE SAVOIE while it's still hot.
