Indulge in the rich flavors of a Bacon and Blue Burger with creamy blue cheese, crispy bacon, and a savory sauce. It's a mouthwatering treat for burger enthusiasts.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of bacon. 4 oz blue cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Make 4 equal patties out of the ground beef. Add salt and pepper to the patties to taste. After cooking bacon slices until they are crispy, set them aside. If you like your burgers medium-rare, grill them for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. At the very end of the cooking time, cover the grill and add blue cheese to each patty. This will melt the cheese. Put ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Mix them together to make the sauce. On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they are just barely golden. Put the burgers together by putting sauce on the buns, then lettuce and tomato slices, then the burger patties with melted blue cheese on top, and finally crispy bacon on top of that. Enjoy while hot!
