Indulge in the timeless goodness of a classic cheeseburger. Perfectly seasoned beef patty topped with cheddar cheese and fresh veggies, sandwiched in a toasted bun.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 onion, thinly sliced. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 pickle slices. Ketchup and mustard, to taste. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Making burger patties from the ground beef is easy. Just divide it into 4 equal parts. Add salt and pepper to each patty. Whether you cook them on the grill or in a pan, the patties should be medium-rare to medium-done after about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and cover it for the last minute of cooking to melt the cheese. You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are lightly browned. Start by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun. Then add a burger patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, onion slices, a slice of pickle, and any toppings you want. Put the other half of the bun on top and serve hot. Have fun with your classic cheeseburger!
