Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Red onion slices.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onions, diced pickles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of grilling, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt. While the patties are grilling, toast the burger buns on the grill until they're lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and mayonnaise to create a special sauce for your burgers. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom bun, followed by the cheesy burger patty. Spread a generous amount of the special sauce on the top bun and place it on top of the patty. Serve your Grill Master's 4th of July Burger with red onion slices and enjoy!
