This tasty sandwich is made with buttered bread, bacon, and cheddar cheese. The blackberries add a sweet touch, and the cheese and bacon are grilled to perfection.

Ingredients: 8 slices bread. 8 slices bacon, cooked. 1 cup blackberries. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Butter, for spreading.

Instructions: Each piece of bread should have butter on one side. Put a piece of bread in a pan over medium-low heat with the butter side down. Put cooked bacon, blackberries, and shredded cheddar cheese on top. Put another piece of bread on top, butter side up. It will take about two to three minutes per side, flipping once, until the food is golden brown. Do it again with the rest of the ingredients to make 4 sandwiches. On a diagonal, cut the sandwiches and serve them hot.
