Everyday Bread
From King Arthur's Big Book of Bread... Y'all. I think I'm gonna like this one.
I chose this as my next bread because the process is VERY similar to the (Not So) Basic White Sandwich Bread I've been making, but with some noticeable changes to the ingredients.
This is my first time baking with whole wheat, and instead of granulated sugar, this recipe uses honey to feed the yeast. Another difference is that the butter goes in at room temp instead of melted, and instead of water, we've basically doubled the milk.

Then I let it rest for 15min and went for the knead. It was a PLEASURE (even with a modified method to favor my recovering wrist). I genuinely love kneading bread and this one was a pure delight.
Now we let it rise for the next 1-1.5hrs. I'll be back then with an update :) .
