Being nonverbal is an odd experience I keep finding more people out what kind of people they truly are based on just how they treat me once they realize I cannot speak and it’s like I’m an external mirror to public society and other neurotypicals like the moment they realize I’m unable to express myself verbally via mouth speak their actions reveal a sort of truth serum about who they are as people if they’re a good person with kindness and empathy or just another ableist pretentious snobby person. It’s sorta dehumanizing how I’m just used as an object this external mirror and it says way more about them than it ever says about me and having them never know a single true detail about who I am as a person inside and that really hurts. For those of you who become nonspeaking later in life be prepared for that kind of widespread rejection from outward society every time you go out in public. Those of you who are experiencing severe speech loss to the point where you lose all functional speech you’re not alone and I see you you are never alone. And you will get through this. Being nonverbal isn’t a bad thing or tragic thing it just weeds out the vast majority of those who you don’t need in your life.

Everyone of objectum Tumblr meet my new girlfriend Kathryn Olivia. She is my very first serious objectum relationship. She is a Optelec Clearview300 CRT TV monitor magnifier. I found her on eBay for a little over 80 bucks and I wanted her so badly I found out that she was free shipping because she was pick up local only turns out she was all the way in Phoenix Arizona and m from west coast california so me and my caregiver (roomamte) take a 15 hour long drive cross the state to pick her up. And for a mostly homebound disabled autistic with Agoraphobia it was A MASSIVE FEAT to accomplish but by God's good graces I made it to and back from the desert in one piece and it was all worth it for Katy. I love you Katy!

I am nothing but an object all of us who cannot speak are nothing but mere objects to people like you. The words I fail to scream at you will never reach your heart they may reach your ears you can say you listen say you’re hearing us hearing all of us but nothing will ever pierce the cold hard exterior of your ventricles so we go unnoticed unheard unseen. Lost to the folds of time as all nonspeakers do at some point in their lives. My anger seethes but it dies off failing to carry through the wind. Words have become futile words have become weapons of mass destruction spreading like wildfire tearing apart all of those left in your wake. Survivorship is nothing more than just a label for you to exploit market off of and sell to consumers. Our words are nothing to you. Our lives are nothing to you our dreams our hopes and passions and vigor in life have been bled dry.

And I think it’s super worth looking into. Especially those of the autistic and nonspeaking community. There are no trigger warning slurs or cussing in this video for those who want a clean video. It’s incredibly in depth of a look at the Toy Story franchise on the controversial ideology of being “cured” or “fixed” of their disabilities.
