Everyone is welcome to interact regardless of discourse stances, though note that this is a space specifically for systems - as in someone who experiences plurality as a result of trauma.
Personally, we believe that non-traumagenic plurals exist, however we think this is a very different experience to systemhood (and will not post asks from people who use the label endogenic system). Non-traumagenic plurals may interact, however please respect that this is a system space & do not post tales.

We got banned of a syscord(where we were staff on) because we didnt got a alter on front, we discussed and they(owner+admin) said 'We have had systems as staff and they could let a alter front, so you can too!'
We got banned+another system who defended us(we are/were friends with system that defended us)
Do people not realize that even if one system can get an alter to front, it doesn't mean everyone can????

A lot of the times we try to join syscord servers, we feel we can’t be there because of the amounts of times we’ve seen our cultures be hounded on. Not even as a mean thing, but randos constantly asking for proof of our heritage on if we can use our names.
It’s tiring to find a syscord server that might be nice and then talk and then have numerous people tell me 1.) I can’t use the name 2.) tell me that I need to provide proof of being in that culture before THEY ALLOW ME to use my name 3.) start arguing with me saying I’m lying about being part of that culture.
Anyone that has a name that’s not English… refuses to proxy in syscord servers. We don’t partake in many of them anymore because of it.
This is something we've seen a lot of sadly, it ain't cool to demand to know people's heritage/culture. Internet safety is still a valid real thing

I joined this syscord server that actually had roles for whether or not you preferred plural or singular language directed toward you. I'm someone who considers myself one person, but in every syscord I join people always assume I want to be thought of as multiple people. It's just nice seeing people like me represented for once
good tale from syscord but we found the BEST small but active syscord server in the history of ever I think, it's like 35 systems who r all so sweet and helpful and I just wanted to say smth bc we've been looking for sys friends ^_^
My friend n I have a lil server where we talk abt like. Random sys stuff. Its just the two bodies yk (I don’t super know how to word all of this, apologies), and we can see like who's currently proxied and all that and we have separate channels for each of our alters in separate categories for each of our systems yay!! Idk its fun and it makes the whole tracking thing less lonely and more worth it I think. Okay yay that's all

A more positive submission for a change, but we found a server that we’ve been in for a few years now that’s really chill, it’s not super active, but the people there are all nice and we have nice interactions in it’s more active moments (I think it helps that it’s small and also associated with a certain fandom so we already share an interest with everyone in there which makes talking there a bit easier)
Does it count if it's not from a system-specific discord? Cuz none of us have tried to do that shit, sounds like an absolute clusterfuck. However, we do have a few discords where we're out as a system, and everyone's accepting. We have a D&D group where a few of us play, as well as a general chatting server. Honestly I just want to say I hope all of you have a good day, and it doesn't all have to be doom and gloom. Focus on the positives, yeah? There are great, accepting people out there.
This 100%! Some system spaces online can be really welcoming and positive, even those that aren't intended for systems
Joined a server and someone said "GET IT BACK" and called an alter a "disgusting creature" and such just because they didn't like hazbin hotel and he was an introject from the media who has been heavily trying to source separate since we don't even watch hazbin much..
It was a weird experience, it made him and a friend of ours incredibly uncomfortable too..
I've seen a lot of syscord servers have intro channels. There's nothing wrong that. BUT LIKE..
HELLO. WE HAVE A UHM. DISSOCIATIVE IDENTITY DISORDER. On top of that we have BPD. Sense of self? Who is she?? Where???
This is mostly lighthearted because it's a fine concept and I get it's just a general overview of your person as a whole but I think it's both funny and frustrating because I never know how to even approach this. It's just slightly ironic.
Honestly yeah, that's something we struggle with so we tend to just put stuff like the bodies age, system name that kind of thing and just explain if asked why
Made a server and pre-banned people that I found weird, and just found out that the weirdos made a replica of my server with rules that make jabs at it because they were so mad that they got pre-banned. Like, that's why you were pre-banned. "Pro-recovery" they say while harassing a severely traumatized person
Been there with pre-banning people. If you get pre-banned, don't try and mock folks, just live with it

Not a system but was almost convinced I was. I was friends with someone who randomly disappeared for months, when they came back they and their new partner started telling me how no one was the original in their body, how me changing my name and growing as a person meant I was someone new and even worse. They tried to claim they "hopped" into my mindspace and read my "files". This turned into them claiming there were other people in my mindspace, including a "core", and them using my 'files" to diagnose me with diseases I didn't have.
As they switched over to having DID. Their system hopping and determination to make me agree with them grew worse. They switched alters at will, sent them to each other, etc.
I can't even begin to explain how much harm this caused to my psyche. And even worse is that they've gotten away with pretending that they aren't like that.
Unfortunately I've seen a lot of people try and do that to others and anon, I'm sorry you had to deal with that bs. People shouldn't be trying to do any of that crap ever
Lost a system friend recently cause they admitted to being 13/14 (we're 17) and in their last message to the gc they have the gaul to say "I'm leaving to become normal" ?? Also they "permanently locked off front" so it's like, just the host stuck forever is their hopes....
