Ingredients: 1.5 lbs ground beef. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and additional blue cheese for toppings.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, buffalo sauce, breadcrumbs, red onion, crumbled blue cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the burgers for about 5-7 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, and additional blue cheese. Serve the Buffalo Beef Burgers hot and enjoy!
