Theres something deeply visceral about this one, maybe it’s the color toning, maybe it’s the genuine feeling of being caught in a photo, the creature design is perfect of course, the showing of a choice really drags the viewer into the art piece, the choice itself being “Talk to god?” Shows a few things, this might be god? An angel of god who will show you god? But more importantly that in this situation, in this moment, god exists. The flooring makes the scene feel clinical and cold, almost directly opposite of what the warm lighting might imply. I’m obviously autistic and I love this art
