People think I'm lazy and stupid or I'm "grifting" because some people cannot imagine someone struggling this much, well I'm fucking struggling more than I even let on, I can't breathe, I can't sleep, I have no fucking support system IRL. I have nobody.

My parents are dead, their families cut contact with me years ago because who fucking knows why. maybe with my dad it's that they don't want to acknowledge he was a fucking predator rapist and with my mom, well I have no idea but her family sucks too. I have no cousins who I know, I have no friends IRL, I have no social services, I have tried so hard to get help and at every turn I run into a fucking wall and then get made to feel worse because I wasn't trying hard enough.

It almost makes me believe I deserve all this shit

In and out of the mental hospital in April and June, I was sick in June, I had a flare up in June, air quality is fucking with my lungs, I feel overwhelmed and scared all the time.

And I need help, I need food, water, meds, and fucking rent is coming up again in 12 days, I cannot sustain this fucking level of stress, I will end up in another hospital. I'm tired, I just want to fucking breathe.
